Marion Pinckney (Colonel, US Army, and Retired) is the President of STARTECH. During Colonel Pinckney’s career as an Infantry and Military Intelligence officer, he amassed extensive managerial and technical expertise in tactical and strategic operations and the analysis and production of national intelligence. He held several key command and staff positions during his tenure in the US Army. Mr. Pinckney received a BS Degree from South Carolina State University and did Post-Graduate studies at George Washington University in the management discipline. He is a graduate of the US Armed Forces Staff College and the US Army War College.
