Mr. Dawson holds a BS degree in Psychology from Central State College and an MA degree in Foreign Affairs from Ohio University. He is also a graduate of the National War College. Mr. Dawson has over twenty years of diversified military experience with U.S. and foreign military command and control systems. This experience includes operational command, planning, policy formulation and systems engineering.
He was a Project Manager in operational emergency planning for General Electric and Booz, Allen and Hamilton from 1984 to 1987. For the period 1987 to 1997, Mr. Dawson was the Director of Security at Howard University. He has been an independent marketing executive for Melaleuca, Inc., since April 1996.
