For over twenty years, Dr. Kelley has provided energetic direction by implementing hospital-based behavioral services and developing solutions to meet healthcare challenges for the twenty first century. Over thirty years of progressive clinical social work practice and fifteen years directing hospital social work programs in three military hospitals, a pediatric teaching hospital, two prototype family advocacy demonstration projects in Texas and Hawaii, and a federally funded adoption project in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Kelley provided services to the Department of Health and Human Services, MACRO International and the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services. Dr. Kelley was an Army officer for twenty-seven years. He has held numerous executive positions involving human services management. His varied background includes clinical social work, social work administration, education and training, human services management and administration. Dr. Kelley is a graduate of the University of Missouri (AB), Washington University (MSW) and the University of Southern California (Ph.D.). He is a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work (DCSW), National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
