Mr. Campbell is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He earned his B.S. Degree in Mathematics from Penn State University, and upon graduating as a Distinguished Military Graduate, received a commission in the United States Army. During his military career, he received his basic military training at the Air Defense School in Fort Bliss, Texas, and at the Airborne School in Fort Benning, Georgia. He saw duty in Germany as an Air Defense Artillery Officer. Subsequent to his tour in Germany, he spent one year in South Vietnam where he received the Bronze Star. Upon his return, he resigned his commission as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Mr. Campbell attended Harvard University, and received a Masters Degree from the Kennedy School of Government.

Mr. Paul G. Patton, Colonel, USAF (Ret.) is currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Integration Division, Century Technologies, Inc. (CENTECH), Silver Spring, MD. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1965 with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering, and a ROTC commission as a second lieutenant. Later in his career, he received an advanced degree in operations management form the University of Arkansas.

His professional/military education includes Squadron Officer School and the National War College in-residence, Air Command and Staff College, Air War College, and the National Security Management Correspondence Program. He is also a 1989 graduate of the Harvard University Executive Program for Senior Officials in National Security. Upon his retirement from the Air Force in 1992, Mr. Patton became Director of CENTECH’s Pittsburgh, PA operations. In 1994 he was transferred to Corporate Headquarters in Silver Spring, MD and promoted to Vice President, Special Projects. In August 1996 Mr. Patton was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the Engineering and Logistics Systems Division, Dayton, OH. Mr. Patton was promoted to his current position in April 1997.
