About Affordable Supply, Company, Inc.
Affordable Supply Company, Inc. (ASCO) was established in December 1986. We are a full-line janitorial, lighting and food service equipment and supply company. We are also a management and service company. The affordable concept is really a movement. The company was the initial vehicle launched to demonstrate that a company can be successful in the inner-city. Our company is located in an area of Washington, D.C., which has high unemployment. Our emphasis is on recruiting, hiring, training and developing young inner-city high school graduates.
ASCO operations office is located in Washington, D.C. and houses their products and equipment in a warehouse in Hyattsville, Maryland. ASCO currently employs nine persons whom have distinguished themselves with an enviable record of performance and dedication.
